Placing an Order

We accept Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover® credit cards. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your order, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, as calculated at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to revoke any offer and correct any errors even after an order has been submitted.

General Excise Tax

All merchandise purchases picked up from or delivered to an address within the State of Hawaii will be charged the Hawaii State general excise tax, and any applicable county surcharge, in accordance with the current state and local tax rates for the shipping/delivery destination.

Delivery Methods

In-Home Delivery

Our In-Home Delivery Service includes mattress placement, complete with unpacking and assembly.

In-Home Delivery Service is scheduled by appointment. We will contact you within 48 hours of placing an order, to schedule your delivery. Once your delivery has been scheduled, please take a moment to review our Delivery Quick Tips. You will be contacted by our delivery office 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date with an approximate delivery time frame. Contact will first be attempted by email. If we do not receive a confirmation response from you, we will then contact you by text message. If we do not receive a confirmation response from you, we will finally contact you by automated phone calls. If you are unable to be home on your scheduled delivery day, please call the delivery office (closed on Sunday & Monday) as soon as possible to reschedule. We need 2 days notice to reschedule for the next available delivery day. If you are not home when the delivery truck arrives, your delivery will be rescheduled and a re-delivery charge will be assessed. Please arrange for someone (18 years or older) to be home for delivery. If no one is at home, our team will proceed to the next scheduled delivery and you may be subject to an additional delivery charge. If delivery does not take place within 30 days of the original scheduled delivery date, the order may be treated as a canceled order.

On day of delivery, you are able to track your delivery by navigating to and clicking on “Track My Delivery” in the top right corner (desktop) or clicking on the three horizontal bars icon in the upper left corner and then clicking on the truck icon (mobile).

In-Home Delivery Fees

We offer free In-Home Delivery Service on Oahu on any qualified purchase over $699. Additional fees may apply for neighbor island orders. For orders $699 or less, we offer In-Home Delivery Service for a flat fee of $55 per address on the island of Oahu. Additional fees may apply to deliveries outside of Oahu. If your merchandise is to be delivered to a freight forwarder, please contact us at Additional delivery information is required to ensure accurate processing of your order. Additional delivery charges may apply for special handling or packing that is required by your freight forwarder. Note: additional fees may apply for delivery above or below the ground floor, or for other unusual circumstances.

Delivery of Your Purchase

To ensure a smooth delivery, please take a moment to review our Delivery Quick Tips.

If your building requires a certificate of insurance (COI) prior to delivery, you must contact us at immediately. We require 3 business days to process and obtain a COI for your delivery.

Please take a moment at the time of delivery to thoroughly inspect all items. You may refuse to accept any broken or damaged items by informing the delivery crew and making a notation on the delivery receipt. Items that are refused will be covered by our Return Policy.

If you find any damaged or broken items after your delivery crew leaves, immediately report any product defects or damages by calling Customer Care (info below).

Warehouse Pick-Up

You may opt to pick-up your mattress or other large items from one of our warehouses. Once your order is submitted, we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule pickup of your merchandise.

Store Pick-Up

For accessories and other small items, we offer pickup at a store near you. Once your order is submitted, we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule pickup of your merchandise.

Change or Cancellation

As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment process goes into motion. For changes after an order has been placed, please email To cancel an order, please follow the steps listed below. The sooner we receive a request, the faster we can revise your order.

For In-Home Delivery orders, you can cancel the order simply by calling Customer Care (info below). If you cancel your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time, we will simply cancel your order. If you cancel your order less than 48 hours prior to the delivery date, we will cancel the order but will charge your credit card the delivery fees. You will receive an email confirming cancellation of your order.

Return Policy takes great pride in the products we sell and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and want to make a return, please follow these guidelines so we can better assist you.


“Rest Assured” with our PROMISE PLUS comfort guarantee. We ask that you spend a minimum of thirty nights on your new mattress to allow your body to become accustomed to the new feel of your mattress. After the “break in” period if you still feel that you need another opportunity to select a different bed we provide you with one opportunity to re-select within 120 nights of the purchase of your original mattress.

Return Requirements

In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: (1) in new/unused condition and (2) returned with all accessories and parts and securely packed in all original packaging (unless the packing was removed as a part of the In-Home Delivery, in which case please re-pack in a manner to prevent damage during return shipping). Clearance Items cannot be returned unless they are delivered damaged.

We will:

  • Help you reselect a new mattress and schedule a convenient pickup and delivery date.
  • Provide inspection, pickup, and return of your original purchase to the SlumberWorld warehouse.
  • Transportation and handling charges may apply.


    1. The mattress can be exchanged only once within 31-120 days from the date of the original delivery. The exchange must be done on a SlumberWorld delivery truck to avoid damage and provide valid inspection. Please be aware that all mattress purchases are non-refundable.

    2. PROMISE PLUS is available only on new mattress purchases. The mattress must be returned in original condition. This necessitates the purchase and use of a qualified mattress protector with every qualified mattress purchase. Due to manufacturer warranty terms and state and federal laws designed to protect public health, we cannot return or exchange any mattress that has been stained, damaged or abused in any way.

    3. Customer will receive a SlumberWorld store credit for the purchase price of the original mattress. Pickup and delivery of new mattress must occur at the same time.

    4. The new mattress selection must be within 10% of the original mattress purchase price or greater. The customer is required to pay the difference between their store credit and the price of the new selection.

    5. All electric adjustable bases, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, etc. are not refundable and exchangeable. These sales are final. The retail value of any free promotional offers may also be subtracted from the store credit associated with the original mattress purchase.

    6. Floor model, clearance and discontinued items are sold “as-is” and do not qualify for the PROMISE PLUS comfort guarantee exchange privilege.

    7. Special orders are not subject to cancellation. No refunds, exchanges or store credits will be issued on Special Orders. Our PROMISE PLUS comfort guarantee is not available on Special Orders.

    100 Day Lowest Price Guarantee

    If you should find a comparable mattress for less at a competitor, SlumberWorld will beat that price by 5% and refund the difference. Competitors' price must be an advertised price or formal quote on equivalent merchandise (based on manufacturers specifications) from any full-line furniture store, mattress store, or department store up to 100 days from date of purchase. Competitors’ prices must include shipping and delivery.
